Binary blue are my 2nd line support, when there is an issue I cant fix, or don’t have the time to fix they are on hand. It would  take longer for me to figure it out then for them to fix.  Day to day they monitor our servers and support end users, particularly offsite. We recently rolled MFA across the business, Rich worked as extension of my team, calling external users and supporting them through the process.

On a project basis Binary Blue helped to realise our vision. We had a full time role printing the orders and thanking the customers, I worked with Binary blue to automate this process and it exploded into so much more.  By developing in tandem with our Barcoding and website management process, we were able to stop using paper and remove expensive cumbersome document management apps. While increasing cross business collaboration and improving customer experience. The team know their stuff and will bend over backwards for me. 

SWA are wholesale supplier and distributor for electrical components a 34 year old family run business. Now part of the Diploma PLC www.swaonline.co.uk
